Go around, and do a backwards jump onto the pillar.
Then from the last pillar jump on the pole. Start rotating and jump on the platform, and then on the other side.
Behind the corner, there's a ladder. Climb it.

This is it. Lara's journey is near the end. The last boss is the demon.
Shoot it in the wings until it's down.
