Go through the opening on the left statue and swim to the surface through there. You'll get to a dark area.
Some more timed mechanisms ahead, but I guess you should already be familiar with these by now.
And in the end you get to the top.
There are some ledges leading even higher, so make sure you go that way and not into the water.
When you finally reach the top section, jump and grab the ankh symbol. Yes, you guessed it, the water will rise even more.
This time, you can reach the platform to the top. Go through there (and no, not even this isn't the end of the level).
You'll get to an area with pillars and quite lots of bad guys to shoot. Equip with the shotgun or .50 cal pistols and teach them a lesson.
