Alright, now get to the lower level (just jump into the water) and push the box into the water.
Then use the wheel again to make the hole dry again and position the box to the first position (or you can do this after you drop the second box as well).
Notice the grates are open for the first hole and a platform will rise. However it is not of much use for now.
Get to the long stair now and climb it.
Use the ledges to climb up (the way is clear now that the box is down).
Do a running jump and grab the upper ledge.
Then use the poles to swing across.
Some more swinging and you've almost made it to the second box.
A bit more jumping ahead.
Push the second box now and get back down to position both boxes over the pads.
Flood the first level and you should see the platform like this:
Go to the right side and pull it towards you using the grapple. Be careful, the position is very important.
Next go to the position shown in the next photo and pull it again until it gets to the final position.
