Slide down. There are 3 rats waiting for you. Pop a cap up their tales!
Near the slide is a box, that you'll need to use in order to climb up on the other side. Behind the box there's a medipack.
Use it to make Lara climb.
On the next room there's a retracting pole. Time it right, and jump onto it, then on the other. As you've seen so far the scarabs slide down, so in order to reach the other side you'll have to be quick. Grab onto it, and jump up.
Another room, and another CHECKPOINT.
There are 2 crocodiles waiting in the room.
Kill them both. Where the first crocodile came out, there's a medipack.
Get in the water.
Dive down, and when you see the switch pull it. It will open a door that's on a timer. So go quickly.
At the base of one of the pillars there's a large medipack.
Surface.
Grab onto the scarab, and on the ledge.
Lateral jump, but remember that the floor is retracting!
Jump on the scarab across the platform, and then up onto a ledge.
Lateral jump, and you'll reach a room where's a pillar that
you can climb onto. Do a back jump on the scarab, and then on the ledges until
you get on the last one. 
Back jump on the pillar, and then jump and grab the suspended pillar.
From there, jump to the platform with the switch. Activate it. It will topple a box on the platform in the previous room that will make the retracting platform stay in place.
