On one of the pillars there are some cracks you can use to climb.
Use those and then jump towards the wall.
And then grab the crack in the wall.
Get a bit higher and then jump on the small obelisk.
Get from one obelisk to the next one.
When you get to the last one, jump and grab the crack in the opposite wall.
Get inside the small room and pick up the relic.
There it is! The Mummified Cat relic.
