Peru - The Lost Valley (part 4)
Tomb Raider Anniversary - Visual Walkthrough
Jump inside the temple and pick up the last cog (finally!).
CHECKPOINT
Now it’s time to head back. To do this, swim in the pool and through there you’ll get to a ruined tower.
Right, after admiring Lara’s muscles and perfect shapes (all 20 minutes), climb the pole enough to jump to the ledges ahead and get to the window on top.
You’ll also need to jump on top of that pole, I hope your equilibrium is still good.
Now climb the rocks ahead and go pretty much to the opposite side of the arena thing.
Yeah, she does look pretty good ... anyway, back to the game.
Climb that big massive kinky-looking pole and jump to the upper path.
Jump to the ledge ahead, then do a jump to the left one, and in the end you get to the small wooden path.
Use the pole to get inside the ruins and follow the path.
CHECKPOINT
At the checkpoint you’ll see a path leading down to the right, you can use that one to climb back up if you fall (and you don’t die).
This is the path that leads down, DON’T take it that way.
Climb the ledge on the left and you’ll get to another hard part so make sure you pay attention.
The first obstacle is a broken bridge, just do a running jump. You’ll find some supplies inside the tower there, pick them up then climb using the ridges to the left.
It’s a bit tricky to learn the exact combination of jumps to get across, so check the photos.
There is an artifact in the right part when you get to the top, you can do a running jump and pick it up.
After you picked that up, jump on the watery slope, slide until you can reach the other slope, jump to that one, and when you can reach the pole, jump and grab it. This part can be quite difficult and frustrating, just remember NOT to jump imediatelly you get on the slope, slide a bit down.
Swing across and at the end you’re back in a spooky tunnel that leads back to the previous section with the mechanism.
CHECKPOINT
Jump on the other slope than the one you used to get to this side and before you know it, you’re on the other side.
In the room with the two poles, you’ll need to climb on the small one as much as you can, then do a back jump to the slope near it, then imediatelly jump. You’ll end up on top of the pole, where you can jump across the small window.
You’ll be back to the room with the bear, just hurry up and go past it and back to the previous area. The easiest way from that point is to jump into the water and climb to the last mechanism as the first time.
When you get to the top, jump on the rolling platform, get across and use the last cog.
When that last mechanism is working, the waterfall clears the way and you can enter the Tomb of Qualopec.
Jump into the water and enter the tomb.
Damn, that was a long level.
Before you go, you can also pick up the Kero Mug relic.
