First thing: jump into the water. There's a lever underwater between the statues. Swim to it.
Pull the lever and the water level will lower.
Now swim to the statue on the left (the one with the dog (?) face).
Use the ledges there to climb higher, do a back jump and swing to the other side. The pole is timed though, so make sure you're fast.
Grapple across and you should get to a ladder. Climb it and when you reach to the end JUMP (don't specify any direction) and Lara should grab the ledge nearby.
Jump from one ledge to another and you should get to safety.
