Make sure all obelisks are up and then climb back up using the stairs.
Flip the switch and the room below should be open. Inside, another monster thing is waiting for you. Kill it quickly and grab the second Ankh key.
Just like before, exit through the door that just opened.
Get back to the Sphinx entrance and use both keys on the locks.
Now finally you enter the Spinx. But, since you weren't a good boy (or girl) the level doesn't end here, you're merely half way done (yes, I think being sadistic is a quirement for Tomb Raider level designers).
On the other hand, you get the chance to play with a stone ball inside a tomb ... wheeeeeee.
It doesn't really do anything, but it sure is fun to play with it.
